As part of the "trailblazers" tour, I was touched to be included in this group of incredible women including former Olympians, lifesavers, NBL stars and Australian national cricket players - all of these women have displayed resilience and courage throughout their professional careers and personal lives.
It was a windy day at Bondi Beach and we could not minimise the impact of the bush fires raging through our country at this time. The trophy tour was designed to raise awareness and interest in Australia hosting the first ICC World Cup in it's 7 year history and the goal was to fill the MCG in supporting women in sports for the final. Katy Perry is set to perform on this day!
